The request to explain

Hello, Amaya Team.

In a directory c:\Program Files\AmayaWX\dicopar\there are files with expansion .ptn
for all supported languages in Amaya, except for russian. What it for files, whether
for what they such file is necessary and necessary for russian?

Whether there is an opportunity in Amaya 9 to connect external files of spelling,
for example from MS Office or others? Also what is necessary for it to make?

In previous versions Amaya files of russification began with record # encoding = utf8
and files were save in UTF-8. In Amaya 9 files of russification began
with record # encoding = utf8, but files are save in DOS-866. If files
russification Amaya 9 save in utf-8 all inscriptions of the menu, buttons, hints, and
other become invisible. If it not a bug than saving of files of russification in coding
DOS-866 is caused? Many files of localization from other languages
also are save in DOS-866, but not all.
