Error in en-amayamsg?

Working on a Japanese translation, a student of mine found
that in the file en-amayamsg, items number 90 and 91 are
duplicated (there are three slightly different variants for
item 90, the ones for 91 are all the same).

Is this some very special feature, or just a bug?
