IE9 will not support aria-labelledby or aria-describedby

I opened a bug in the IE bug database because IE 8 only supports
aria-labelledby with a single id value and it does not support
aria-describedby at all.
I provided test cases

today i recieved disappointing news in repsonse to the bug

"At this time we do not plan on fixing this issue."
