A few quick comments on "Selecting Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools"
	http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/selectingtools.html

* match "Page Contents" with the <h2> text

* take the numbers out of the <h2>s (e.g., "2. Considerations for Selecting Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools" becomes "Considerations for Selecting Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools"

* consider shortening the <h2>s (e.g., "2. Considerations for Selecting Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools" becomes "Considerations for Selecting Tools"

* in "4. Features of Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools" section, the nested DL list like format is a bit complex... let's talk about ideas for this section & being consistent with other sections...
