Here's a couple of lists for you:

1) Events where I'm speaking/have spoken: http://boxofchocolates.ca/events
Use the filter in the select box at the top to show past events if you
like - there are quite a few from 2008 (too late, I know, but they
will at least be on your radar for the future). I also have an RSS
feed for the events, so you can see any upcoming events:
http://boxofchocolates.ca/events/feed/

2) Chuck Letourneau keeps a fairly extensive and up-to-date list at
http://starlingweb.com/adp/index.htm
