I am running Lynx 2.8.5d16 under the OS X (BSD Unix variant) Terminal (bash) which allows me very fine control over the font size and number of columns.  At 129 columns the table falls apart.  At 130 columns it renders beautifully.  I am using a 10 point font at 1024x768, and not even using the whole screen.
