Re: using absolute positioning

If I have low vision and am using a screen reader on a computer that does
not meet the absolution requirements, I may have problems.  If I am working
with someone who does not use a screen reader and I do, for similar reasons,
I may have problems.  As far as I know, this does not cause problems at
present for purely screen reading.
