This only describes one aspect of the issue, try navigating using a 
screen reader.
It is bound to be a very different experience, and one of which I know 
little.

However http://www.peepo.com was designed with navigation on the edges 
for sited viewers and at the end for listeners, which may be a partial 
solution.
