Yes.  The goal of lawsuits should not necessarily be to win specific
victories, but instead to raise the issues and, by raising issues, 
increase
the accessibility of the Web.

I'd say that in those terms, this is a good thing.  And hopefully it 
will
get noticed by other companies as well.
