Thank you.  This has been a long chain, and rumors die hard.

Regarding contacting IBM.  I do not have a contact name for you, but suggest
you start at the IBM developer XML site

I'm sure as you engage with IBM and ask questions about XMl and BizTalk,
you'll be given the stock treatment that has permeated their customer facing
sales force material.  I hope that www.biztalk.org proves to be a valuable
XML schema resource for you.
