The validity of HTML code (also in DOM three) it's an important requirement
for all the thematic releated to QA, especially accessibility, because some
user agent could produce errors or not work when the code were not valid
(the magior problem it's the code not well formed or with erroneus
character).

The wealth of code it's also important because some user agent or assistive
technologies could take advantage thanks to the inserted metainformation.
