Yes, well, thanks, Gregg, but we are not very strongly concerned with what 
you were talking about. Please concern yourself with what Matt was talking 
about. His point is serious and yours is something else.

"We" have also said there is a need for Level 3, except those of us, 
including an actual WAI employee, who say there isn't. Gregg as usual 
ignores us completely.

Consider this a further proposal to drop Level 3 criteria completely for 
reasons that have been eloquently and repeatedly explained on this list 
but disregarded thus far.
