I was thinking about running whatever draft proposal we have for
checkpoint 3.3 (guidelines, techniques, etc.) past the
online-writing mailing list; these are primarily content authors
and not markup/techie people necessarily, so it would be helpful to
get their advice.

What is the current proposal?
