The problem is limited resources and other higher priorities. We decided to do just one and say: "This is just one example of a business case presentation. Presentations for different audiences will present the business case differently. The resource "Developing a Web Accessibility Business Case for Your Organization" includes _examples of how different types of organizations present different factors in the business case_." - http://www.w3.org/WAI/presentations/bcase/ We also have some notes in the example presentation about how presenters might customize it for their audience.
