Hello Jan

You may proceed, since no Czech version exists as of yet. And since nobody  
claimed they were already working on the translations, is it safe to  
assumer you are the only one with that specific intention.

Please, note that none of the documents you have selected are material for  
the translation database. When you write back to w3c-translators@w3.org to  
announce the URIs of your translations, do not forget to include  
bert@w3.org in the distribution list. As the owner and editor of the  
documents, it is at his discretion to place links to your translations.

I had already forwarded your initial intention of 26 Nov. to Bert.
