Translation

Hello,

I am Ph.D. student at the Computer Science Institute at Namur - Belgium. My 
thesis subject is "A framework and a language for automatic usability 
evaluation of web sites".

I would like to participate in the translation of the W3C Web Content 
Accessibility Guidelines 1.0: http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/.

I would like to translate the document into ARABIC.
