Anyone up to doing a very quick review of the modified abstract syntax ...

The modifications were greater than I would have wanted as editorial
discretion, but reflect the issuette resolutions from Friday.

They reflect Pat's proposed structure for this section.

We still need to:
- update table of contents
- add note to say that RDF URI references and RDF literals are distinct and
distinguishable, e.g. http://example.org as an RDF URI reference is not
equal to http://example.org as an RDF literal. (this is a knock on effect of
making lang tag optional)
- review some comments from Dave

There are some outstanding comments from Brian which will not make it into
this WD. I believe I have OK'ed these with him.

Note that I no longer *use* the term blank node at all (I do define it, for
other people to use).
