Discussed during the 12/14/2005 teleconference.

We noted that this semantic was found in the discussion of the Depth header.

Julian to perform research to test COPY depth infinity & submit If-Match with
etag for one of them. Requires server to fail the request, since the etag
matches only one the resources.
