Performed an additional search through the document, on keyword 'bis', and did
not find any additional uses of "RFC2518bis" in the text.

Additionally, changed most uses of "RFC2518" in the text to be 'xrefs'
(citations) instead of stating "RFC2518".

Julian is encouraged to double-check this change in the latest draft.
