11/30 telecon reached deadlock wrt the specific form of the text (references vs.
repeated text and readability of the same) -- Julian to propose text which
explicitly defines the three extensibility classes for XML elements as part of
the introduction to the section. Whether to refer to these classes within the
definition of each element is tbd.
