Jim to ask the HTTP chairs if OPTIONS * will be deprecated in the next revision
of 2616, which seems very clear about the expected behavior. Lisa to do same
with CalDAV group.

Additional comments made during 11/25 telecon:
* Current implementations are inconsistent.
* Suggestions made to (a) remain silent, or (b) document current state of the
world and what clients can expect.
* This issue is tangentially related to that of service discovery (i.e. at what
URL can I do 'x'), however we should not try to address this in 2518bis.
