AFAIK, consensus is that UNLOCK uses the "Lock-Token" request header.

One could read the spec
(<http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/draft-ietf-webdav-rfc2518bis-08.html#rfc.section.8.12>)
as in this case, both headers are needed (because conditions may be checked
first). I don't think that servers are implemented that way. This needs to be
tested.
