Proposal for marshalling property type information

Hi,

attached is a an attempt to define a way to marshall datatype information
for WebDAV properties in terms of XML Schema (part 2). (the archive contains
an HTML version and an XML version conforming to the RFC2629 DTD).

Feedback appreciated.
