SAP Enterprise Portal, Knowledge Management passes with
following exceptions:

rel		correct					SAP EP KM
?y		http://a/b/c/d;p?y			http://a/b/c/?y
http:g	http:g					http://a/b/c/g
http:		http:						not accepted as vaid URI or URI Reference


PS. I always thought my sig was a comment, but now I know that it is
  an authority without any scheme...
