It appears message IDs in mailto: links on the mailing list archives pages are incorrectly encoded as in: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/site-comments/2006Oct/0004.html the "Response" and "respond to this message" links are: mailto:site-comments@w3.org?Subject=Re%3A%20Broken%20Links%20on%20Semantic%20homepage&In-Reply-To=%253C80D53D6BB794D44AA427979D2B2BC66C029BD7%40SOSSERVER.local.soschildren.org.uk%253E&References=%253C80D53D6BB794D44AA427979D2B2BC66C029BD7%40SOSSERVER.local.soschildren.org.uk%253E The 'In-Reply-To' and 'References' header parameter values are: %253C80D53D6BB794D44AA427979D2B2BC66C029BD7%40SOSSERVER.local.soschildren.org.uk%253E which decoded value is: %3C80D53D6BB794D44AA427979D2B2BC66C029BD7%40SOSSERVER.local.soschildren.org.uk%3E while the decoded value should be the encoded form which would finally decode to: <80D53D6BB794D44AA427979D2B2BC66C029BD7%40SOSSERVER.local.soschildren.org.uk> -- Stanimir
