Broken Links on Semantic homepage

There is a broken link to "WWW2006" (http://www2006/) halfway down the
Semantic Web homepage at http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/ in the presentations
section.
 
On a more minor note on the "further links" panel the ESW wiki link
should be to SwBooks not SWBooks (I guess the latter couldn't be used as
it isn't CamelCase)
