Question about Receiving Spam

I would like to know how to report spam that I receive from w3.org - especially considering that I receive a good amount of it yet everytime I try to report it to your site, I am told it was rejected because it was spam.

I sent the current spam info to:  postmaster@w3.org  and needless to say it was rejected.

By the way since I receive over 1,450 spams per month, I am reporting every incident to:  SPAM@UCE.GOV 

Thanks for any assistance you can offer in this matter.
