About photo credit on the W3C home page

just a little question to whom it may concern :
Why there aren't direct links on the "Bert Bos photo credit" text to his presentation page :
http://www.w3.org/People/Bos/

this will be a litle more easy to know about him :-)
thw and keep the good work
