AttributeTypeReference example is Advanced

As discussed on yesterday's call, the Basic example:

    http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/databinding/examples/6/09/AttributeTypeReference/

contains an Advanced pattern:

    http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/databinding/patterns/6/09/DecimalSimpleTypeTotalDigits/

I think we have three options:

1) simplify example, and add caveat to test suite - the test didn't exercise boundary conditions of the Decimal type
2) simplify example, rerun test suite
3) move the pattern to Advanced
