We have reset what we could on our teleconference system and believe the
problem is with the VoIP provider these two numbers use.  

We have filled an issue report with this provider to see what might have
changed regarding passing through touch tones (DTMF).  

Because resolution is outside our control, short of finding an alternate
provider which we will consider, we recommend people look to inexpensive
VoIP services like Skype with dialout capabilities.
