OK, then I am fine with PDF and DOC files.

Another aspect about references: What about informative references that 
are not used in the spec? For example [WS-SecureConversation], 
[WS-Security], [WS-SecurityPolicy] and [WS-Trust] in the WS-Eventing 
spec. They are just listed in the references section (11.2) without any 
citation. Remove them?
