Hello

Section 3.4 of WS-Policy Attachment spec shows an example of how a policy can be externally attached
to an EPR. 

I'd appreciate if someone can point me please to a use case description (or describe the one) which shows the practical advantage of using the external policy attachment mechanism enabled by wsp:PolicyAttachment
