FW: editorial: features and properties in "xml representation" sections

Thank you for this comment.  The Working Group this issue as a CR124 [1],
and the draft finally seems free of features and properties terminology.

Unless you let us know otherwise within two weeks, we will assume you agree
with the resolution of these issues.

Features and properties are gone, correct?  They seem to have disappeared
from the component model in part one, but still seem to be there (in the
editor's copy) in the XML representations.
