RE: Comment on Part 2, Section 5.9.3

Thanks for your comment.  The WS Description Working Group tracked this
issue as a CR040 [1].

 

The Working Group agreed with the suggested change, and has been implemented
in the latest editor's draft [2].

 

Unless you let us know otherwise by the end of October, we will assume you
agree with the resolution of this issue.

The {element declaration} property of SOAP Header Block is defined as a
QName but it should be an Element Declaration component.
