Re: visitor's path to filing bugs

I'd like to add a point to the question here.

Its not directly related to the "issues" link, but it is in relation to
a lost link (too) and how we re-structure some of the content for new
contributors.

* Where would we link/expose the IRC chat log? [0]

It was on the talk subdomain, but since we are removing it, and we will
probably re-think that part of the content, we should not forget that too.
