Upgraded blog WordPress version, and what we published GitHub

Hi all!

Our blog is now running on latest WordPress (version 3.9).

Also, I wanted to announce that our blog theme is now available on
GitHub [0].

This is one more step toward publishing on GitHub our site
infrastructure to enable our contributors to participate in our site
infrastructure.

I'd like to take the occasion to summarize what we published on GitHub;
so you know what's available.

So far we published:
* Our HTTP caching configuration (Varnish @Fastly) [1]
* Our homepage along with starting-point for HTML/CSS assets workspace [2]
* Our MediaWiki distribution, along with how to re-install it [3]
* A typical backend server configuration with VirtualBox+Vagrant so you
can work with MediaWiki and other components on your own computer [5]
* Our small utility to generate Piwik tracking URLs for campaigns [4]

In a forseeable future, we will have a system that will update the site
live to production based on merges made onto the master branch on
GitHub. We aren't there yet, but we think it'll help all of us to work
on the site and remove some manual operations that I do quite often.
