[use cases] Summary of Last Week's Meeting

Hi all,

Quick bulleted list of the direction the Use Cases Task Force seems to
be heading in based on our call last week[1]:

* Use cases will be sourced from anything we can glean from ISO20022,
EPAS, X9 Use Cases, and the Web Payments CG Use Cases document to
  start.
* We will work on use cases in the wiki in parallel.
* The Use Cases document will follow the format that the Web Payments
  CG uses, to start.
* Use cases and requirements will be contained in the same document.
* The Use Cases document will be separate from the Roadmap document,
but will support the narrative of the Roadmap document.
* Once each use case text settles, we'll move it into a more formal
  W3C document for publication.
* We will be using ReSpec for formal W3C document editing.
* We want to publish a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) sooner than
  later.
* Once we have an initial set of use cases prioritized, we'd like to
publish the FPWD, before March if possible, publishing a much smaller
set of use cases rather than having a comprehensive list before doing
  a FPWD.
* The group would like to use Github for source control and mirror
on a continuous/frequent basis to W3C for IP protection and archiving
  reasons.
