I've started the official W3C process of handing over the Web Payments CG Use Cases document to the Web Payments IG: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webpayments/2014Nov/0094.html So far, we have no objections and a healthy dose of positive votes to move the document over to this group from the Web Payments CG. After this coming Friday (we want to give WPCG members 7 days to object to the transition), we'll turn the crank and publish the Web Payments CG Use Cases document as a "Final Web Payments CG Report".
