As I don't expect to be attending the actual ATypI conference programme, 
but if possible would like to be at both the color fonts meeting and the 
webfonts f2f, the ideal would be Oct 11th.

I don't have a strong preference re location; in general, I'd say Google 
is a good option, as every time I've been in a Google office they've 
taken good care of me. :)
