progress on implementing the features at risk ?

On thing we did not have time to talk about during today's telecon is
	- implementations & TS
	- preliminary implementation report [3]

Could implementors report about their work progress on implementing the 
features at risk ?

     *  Performance requirements for pattern size aspect of definable 
patterns
     * Performance requirements for Mitre Limit
