All, Benoit and I have collaborated to produce a proposed solution to the last remaining issue, CL-c10 (Boeing #25, [0]). The below draft illustrates the solution. We have revised 3.1.2.2 [1] and 3.1.2.7 [2] to be more CDF friendly, less HTML-frame specific. We have preserved most of the former specific H2C, C2C, and C2H stuff as examples of correct usage for these media types and presentation contexts. Comments? We propose that this becomes part of the Last Call text. -Lofton.
