Re: [whatwg/dom] Spec for DOMTokenList stringifier disagrees with every single implementation (#105)

@foolip, can you or someone give any sort of definitive answer on whether Blink is interested in changing back to what the old spec said, which is what WebKit now does but Gecko/Blink/Edge do not?  (Old spec said to collapse whitespace and remove duplicates, current spec says to return as-is.)  As a reminder, everyone used to interoperably implement the current spec, but WebKit changed to match the then-current spec and doesn't want to change back.  Gecko wants to know what Blink and Edge think.

@annevk, who can we ask about Edge?
