Re: [whatwg/dom] Spec for DOMTokenList stringifier disagrees with every single implementation (#105)

@cdumez We still need agreement to keep the current spec with normalization on add/remove/etc., so I don't think there's any reason to change WebKit to partially revert to the current spec until we get consensus on whether that's what we actually want.  The original original spec didn't ever do normalization, and that's what all non-WebKit browsers currently do, so it's still possible Edge wants to revert back to that.
