I've opened this as a [Travis CI issue](https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/7611). This doesn't seem to be something we've done wrong, but instead the Sauce connection hanging up before running the tests. One option would be to install and use the sauce connect binary as part of the build instead of relying on Travis's implementation.
