I updated
http://w3c-test.org/webperf/tests/submission/Google/NavigationTiming/test_navigate_within_document.htmper
our discussion in the last call (fixed up style and explicitly list
properties). Both IE9 and Chrome pass. Please let me know if it is okay to
move this over to approved.
