+1. There's no point in competing with existing WAI documents. Let's just point to them. Worse comes to worst, we work with the WCAG WG if we feel something needs to be updated/modified.

There is a real need for some sort of synthesized document however, but this would probably be a job for EOWG, not this taskforce.
