How to express fault tolerance structure in OWL-S ?

Can OWL-S express fault tolerance structure (that is, a structure with
and-split and or-join, which executes a bunch of process components
concurrently, only takes the result of the first complete component
and ignores/withdraws the others) ?
How ?
