SWEO Telcon

It seems like many people aren't able to make this week's SWEO telcon, so
we should cancel it.

As lots of people are taking summer vacation, lets make the SWEO calls
every other week for the rest of July and August. As this week's call is
canceled, lets have calls on July 25, August 8, and 22. In September, we
should go back to the weekly schedule.
