[VM] Amsterdam topic "Vocabulary Management"

This week's agenda includes an excerpt from the Amsterdam agenda
for the topic

Vocabulary Management (local discussion leader: Ralph; remote discussion leader: Elisa)

I suggest we try to agree on next Tuesday's call about the
scope and reading list for this topic. Currently, the list
of references cited is quite long. I suggest we focus rather
closely on the current VocabMgtDraft [1]. It is not clear to
me what the SWD group as a whole can do with other documents,
such as as the KnowledgeWeb deliverable on versioning (59
pages) -- we need to clearly distinguish in the agenda between
required reading and background reading.

It would also help us focus if we could define specific
questions for discussion and put them into the agenda by
September 25.
