here is a quick summary of the oep tf started before chris gave his 
verbal review.

there was a telecon on april 14.  this reflects notes from that 
(published by natasha)

- representing classes as property values on the semantic web is 
published as a note (as of april 5, 2005).
- n-ary relations - new version due out soon.  (chris is doing an update)
- specified values - chris has an action item on this hopefully this 
weekend.

- part-whole - there is a draft open for comments.  natasha sent email 
on april 15 including the update
 - units and measures  - evan has an outline.  no timeline yet.
